• This brand new Luxurious Townhouse is located in Smyrna. 3 Miles from Cumberland mall and 1 miles from Smyrna Public Library. The Modern Chic House is great for Movie/Show shoots, Chef Experiences, Meetings, Baby shower, Gatherings, Photoshoots, Music/Commercial shoots. • The first floor is a open space layout, the living room, dining room and kitchen will have access to a bathroom located on the first floor next to the garage and kitchen. Crystal Chandeliers, gold, neutrals and black/grey tones all around the house to give it a modern and sleek look. The backyard has a patio covered with string lights, chairs, table and umbrella. • The second floor CAN"T be accessed at anytime by guests. There's a camera pointing towards the stairs and bedroom doors. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at anytime. There will be a fine for $500 for breaking any of these rules.
