The unit also include a full bathroom to fresh up and a long driveway to loading and unloading production equipment. Our basement have a nice lake perfect for production and photo. We will love to a part of your next project. The basement can be served as a fashion photoshoots, music video, cooking shows, student films. With our simple breakout space, our place is perfect for; Team meeting, off sites, presentations, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team come up with. For an additional fees with have optional features available for you: Dinner plates and flatware to serve 25 guests. $50 Outside tent, table and chairs for additional prices 5 Quarts round stainless steel chafing dish buffer with glass tops.$ 100 Godinger iced beverage dispenser 1gallon $25. 1gallon glass beverage dispenser $15 There will be an onsite manager present in case you need assistance throughout your booking.
