- OUR HOUSE RULES • FOR MALAYSIAN - A copy of your IC is required once the booking is confirmed (via Giggster) • FOR FOREIGNER - A copy of your passport is required once the booking is confirmed (via Giggster)
- • AC / FANS / LIGHTS / HOT WATER / COOKTOP - Turn off ALL the above appliances when leaving the unit - Additional fee might be charged if maintenance staff need to enter the unit to turn these off • PARKING - Park in designated parking spots only - DO NOT block entrances to neighbours' houses or traffic flow
- • ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES - Smoking inside the home: from RM 300 onwards - Shoes / slippers inside the home: from RM 300 onwards - Unwashed dishes: from RM 75 onwards
- • CLEANLINESS - Always keep the home clean - BBQ set, all cutlery and crockery used need to be washed - Place all disposable rubbish bags inside the closed garbage compartment just outside the autogate (tie up any excess bags properly and leave them in front of the garbage compartment) - An additional cleaning fee* will be charged if cleanliness is not maintained
