This country estate is set within an Area of Outstanding National Beauty on the River Tamar. A former Duchy of Cornwall renowned daffodil farm, it is on the outskirts of the pretty village of Landulph benefiting from the secluded feel of being a million miles from City life but with the convenience of being striking distance of modern amenities. Here there are private woodlands, an apple orchard with a hammock, a tennis court, 3 hot tubs (2 electric, 1 log burning), a waterwheel, ponds, traditional vegetable garden with brick paths and surrounded on 3 sides by a hedge with a traditional stone barn on the fourth side, children’s wood cabin in woodland, Highland Cows, peacocks, ducks, chickens, a Salt Marsh Nature Reserve that borders Lake Kingsmill on the tidal River Tamar, private shingle river beach. The magical Nature Reserve is rare salt marsh habitat and boasts an interesting array of flora and fauna with herons, buzzards, egrets, kingfishers, pheasants, owls and bats galore. There is a variety of accomodation here; both converted and unconverted traditional stone barns, an atmospheric hexagonal Well House, a games room / studio, a Gothic Victorian cottage, traditional farm house (Victorian and Georgian).The majority of the buildings are set around 2 courtyards (one of which being a traditional cobbled courtyard).
