About the Space
The charming cabin is located on 8 acres in Prattsburgh NY which is a small town in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of NYS. Approximately 2.5 of the 8 acres are mowed providing a large grassy area for events around the pond. The remaining acreage is wooded for privacy. It is centrally located to both Canandaigua and Keuka Finger Lakes. It is close to wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, skiing, aerial sports, hiking and boating. It is also close to many small lake towns ie Naples, Hammondsport, Penn Yan. The views are beautiful rolling hills, lakes and rural farms. There is a fully stocked half acre pond on the property for catch and release bass, perch and blue gill fishing.
