A versatile 2,400 sq ft private event space in Vancouver, ideal for birthdays, celebrations, corporate events, workshops, receptions, and other private gatherings. The venue features a spacious open-concept layout with high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The flexible floor plan can be adapted to suit a variety of event setups, from seated gatherings and presentations to cocktail-style events and dance floors. During the day, large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere. At night, the space can be completely transformed with different lighting setups to create an atmosphere tailored to the event, from intimate gatherings to parties and late-night celebrations. The space includes a built-in bar, a large wall mirror, washrooms, and a separate kitchen and prep area with a sink, microwave, and additional workspace. With its clean industrial character and flexible open layout, the venue can be easily styled and transformed to suit the atmosphere and needs of each event. Event equipment, including lighting, sound system, and DJ equipment, may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
