About the Space

This space is a multi-use and purpose creative space for but not limited to film, commercial production, photography, events/pop-ups and dance rehearsals. With high ceilings, blonde wood floors and a skylight, natural lights and colors thrive during the day and evening. Consisting of three main areas: Area A, Area B and Backhaus. Area A: lofted room, dark wood floors, shelving for equipment and quirky swedish inspired kitchenware and colors. Area A has a bathroom and sink, and is often used as the green room, makeup and styling room and home base for equipment. Area A can be emptied if requested and sets can be brought in to the space. Area B: blonde wood floors, natural light pouring in from the back, four white walls with high ceilings and a rigged spotlight, looking out to the backhaus patio. This room is often used for dance rehearsals, photography, is great for virtual production, projection, sets and film. Backhaus or the "break room": this patio area has seating, tables and chairs and is often used as a break room for talent or for craft services.
