This home can best be described as California Coastal meets Modern Craftsman. Light, bright, white and wood tones are found throughout the home. The exterior is a beautiful coastal craftsman look with a blue white and wood 2 story facade. There is a front porch and oversized wood dutch front door. The front yard is well manicured with a nice green turf lawn.
Enter the home to a two story entryway and total open concept main floor. The kitchen is a professional grade chefs kitchen with Calcutta quartz countertops, professional grade stainless steel appliances and a large 10' island. The main cabinets are white and island is a soft warm wood tone. There is also open shelving and large pivot windows that create an indoor outdoor serving area. The kitchen opens to the dining room which has a beautiful coastal oversized statement capice chandelier. The dining room has a 5 panel floor to ceiling folding door that completely opens to the backyard, which truly exemplifies the indoor/outdoor living California is known for. The living room has great light and a modern Roman Clay gas fireplace with a sleek mantle and frame TV. There is also an office/workspace/playroom on the main floor. Lastly there are two bathrooms on the main floor and a dog house built in under the stairs.
The stairs are a beautiful white/wood combo with a modern custom designed moulding and a beautiful two story open feeling. There are coastal rattan pendants hanging down which add to the beach feeling. Upstairs are three bedrooms and an open den/TV room. The first bedroom is a kids room with bunk beds and a nice, neutral gray/white/blue pallet. This room has a great Jack and Jill bathroom with beautiful blue tiles that connect it to a home gym. The den is totally open to the main floor with vaulted ceilings and 12' floor to ceiling doors that lead to a walk out balcony with peak ocean views. There is a laundry room upstairs as well as the master bedroom. The master is spacious with vaulted ceilings, white walls and 12' floor to ceiling sliding doors that also walk out to a balcony with peak ocean views. There is a walk in closet, and spa inspired master ensuite with a large walk in shower, modern stand alone white tub, and double vanity.
The backyard is well manicured with several large specimen succulents, a great turfed area, a dining area which seats 12, a built in BBQ and a wonderful fire pit seating area with a custom built fountain. There is also a side yard with citrus trees and a TRULY UNIQUE built in surfboard outdoor shower.
Please read parking restrictions very carefully, there is absolutely NO SCATTER parking allowed in our neighborhood. There are two offsite lots very close by that can be used for any additional cars

Not only is this home immaculate in design and style, but the home boast a very open architecture which fit our production perfectly. The hosts were amazing and helped us in whatever capacity we needed. 100% would rent this property again.
