TWO-HOUR MINIMUM RESERVATIONS This space offers an open, sunlit, and intimate space for influencers, reels, photoshoots, videos, small events, and more. Light: The window wall of the space is South facing. It gets incredible direct light in the morning and early afternoon. The loft is influenced by vintage and Asian culture: A wide array of luxe vintage pieces such as vintage couches, vintage side tables, 1980s brass coffee table, Leon Rosen dining table, gold velvet folding chairs, Milo Baughman Style Expandable Étagère, French-style vanity with 1980’s vanity seat, clawfoot tub, peacock chair, and ample lush plants. About the space: 2nd-floor walk-up 700 sq. feet High Ceilings Light and airy 80s inspired furnishings Full kitchen 6 crew max capacity ** Please be advised that bookings are for “in the door to out the door”. Therefore, you would need to include setup and breakdown as part of your booked time. We usually spend the first 15mins of your booking helping you get settled in the space. Any time in the facility exceeding the time you have booked will be charged as overtime, at the regular rate. **Note that I may be present working out of sight in my private room up in the loft. If you require the space completely to yourself, please reach out to me for consideration. Note that there is a $25/hr premium to accommodate your request.

Great space, but like another review mentions, it does look different right now from the photos. Still a great space but it is something to note. The host had great communication and sent photos of how it currently looks.
