About the Space

A great room for meetings up to 10 people on the ground level and can be accessed to open air back balcony with additional services available, onsite catering, offices and studio space available as well as fast internet and many amenities. Room: 16ft long by 10ft wide Table is 8ft 10.5 inches long by 3ft 5.5 ins wide We prefer the table does not get moved, because it scratches the floor. We have up to 10 chairs to offer. Space must be returned to us in same condition it was rented in. Trash must be removed by renter. There is no on site trash service. If you leave trash behind Removal fee is $125 for basic trash up to $500 if dump is needed. Rental time includes full cleanup and leave. If you go over the rented time you are charged on an hourly basis until location is empty and clean. - Studio Manager on site at all time - Parking Spaces up to 8 spots in the front available as well as easy free street parking - Super Cold Air Conditioning
