Welcome to our studio! This retro vivid multi-set studio loft, home to our Life Sized Doll House and Ball-pit as well as multiple themed sets, an abundance of props, and floor to ceiling loft windows with beautiful natural light. All inclusive with your booking! Located in Downtown Los Angeles, available for film and photography shoots for groups of up to 35+ and events of 60+! • The Doll House Boxes: A life size, 2 story doll house made up of 4 rooms! A blue scooter Garage, Red & Black Bathroom, Purple neon 80s Room and Green & Gold Study! • The Ball-Pit: This queen size pink and black ball pit is adorable! With the plexiglass framed walls you can shoot from a side view or use our equipment to shoot overhead! • Plant Window: Who doesn't love a loft with natural light beaming through hanging plants? • Car Bumper: Yes, it's a real vintage bumper! • White Seamless: Make your dream backdrop come to life with a blank canvas. • Dressing Room: The Boxie dressing room can be used both for getting ready and cute selfies! AMENITIES: • Bathrooms on floor • Private dressing room with privacy curtains • Air-conditioned/fans and loft windows • Elevator/Freight elevator. We are located on the 4th floor. Free street parking after 6:00pm and all-day Sunday. Or choose from 4 payable structures in surrounding streets. PLEASE read these rules thoroughly, we really appreciate your cooperation! A Boxie Studio staff member will be on-site during your booking to help answer any questions. • ALL guests MUST sign a waiver upon arriving • ALL RENTALS must return the studio in the condition it was when you arrived. There is a re-setting fee of $50-$100 if the condition of the studio does not match it's original condition. • Please let us know how many people are will be attending so we can best accommodate and prepare. There is a $250 penalty if the maximum number of guests exceeds your booking size. • Please return the studio to its original condition by the end of your booking. We take pride in our presentation, so please be considerate and handle our items with care. • No Smoking/vaping allowed indoors • No animals, service animals allowed please notify us prior to your booking • We reserve the right to end your booking at anytime and/or pursue extra charges if any rules are breached • Postponements/reschedules - We have the right to refuse, decline or approve bookings that request postponements and reschedules

Phenomenal space - lots of opportunity for various background looks so you get 10 locations at once. Atlas was beyond helpful - I needed to make a last minute reschedule and she did everything to accommodate our photo shoot.
