This enclosed 16’ x 18’ library set is approximately 90% soundproof, offering a quiet and controlled environment ideal for filming, podcasts, meetings, game nights, and more. The space features a large wooden conference table with seating for up to 12, making it perfect for group discussions, interviews, or collaborative sessions. Its warm, classic library aesthetic adds character and depth to any production. Rental Includes Complimentary Location Scouts- View sets in person is Available Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm Dedicated Stage Manager – This manager will help you find everything you need at Fonco to make your production a success. Grip and Production Supplies – Includes c stands, sand bags, apple boxes, assorted, lights, flags, and much more. Make-up Room and Bathroom- This dedicated, three bank, lit space can be used for changing, makeup, and special effects applications. Prop Room- Includes various props and wardrobe from Astronaut Costumes and Military Vests to Set Decorations and foam body parts. Screening and Green Room – Can be used for playback viewing, equipment staging, or as a Green Room. Library/Game/Podcast Room – Great for production meetings and table reads.
