About the Space

Our fully soundproof space with programmable grid lighting offers two main usage options with plenty of add-on options: 1) Black Box – with black curtains surrounding the entire stage. 2) LED Wall – For high-quality visuals and virtual production (Please see the floor plan photo for measurements and detail) Both the Black Box setup and our 33 ft × 12.5 ft LED Wall (featuring an impressive 1.2 mm pixel pitch (the only one of its kind at this resolution in LA) are housed in our fully soundproof studio with a 13 ft lighting grid for overhead rigs, making the space ideal for: > 33ft / 8k LED Wall Production Perfect for: Car process driving scenes. basic 2D footage, and backgrounds Features: Use your own footage or select from our stock library Ideal for: Music Videos, Product videos, & Interviews > Sound Our stage is surrounded by three layers of professional soundproofing, providing exceptional acoustic isolation. Over the past decade, sound engineers who’ve worked here often tell us it’s their favorite place to record, especially since most Burbank studios are affected by nearby airport noise. The stage is also equipped with a 300W PA system, which can be connected via Bluetooth. > LED Wall Care Our LED Wall is a high-value and delicate piece of equipment, so its use comes with certain limitations. To ensure its safety, no fire, water, debris, or other potentially damaging props are permitted in close proximity to the wall. We appreciate your care and cooperation in helping us protect this important asset. Therefore It is important for your crew to be familiar with our guidelines for protecting the LED Wall. Being a relatively new technology, some crew members may be more accustomed to working with traditional standing sets and might not realize that even a small scratch or bump from a light stand can cause significant damage and potentially involve insurance claims. Additional limited props available, such as plants, directors chair and limited furniture available at no cost. > Reservation Hours Our reservation hours are fixed and can’t be adjusted for late arrivals. Please make sure to arrive on time and plan accordingly so your team can wrap up and have the facility cleared by the end of your scheduled rental period. If your production runs longer than expected, please check in with the site representative to see if an extension is possible. We’re happy to accommodate when we can. Extensions are offered at the standard hourly rate.
