An open plan layout directs large west facing windows towards the parklike, 7,242 square foot lot. A detached prefab modern studio/casita has been built with an insulated structural panel system. A refined space-w/ clerestory windows, cork floors, & wood paneled ceiling. Ipe wood is laid as decking. Property backs up to & has a view of the Los Cerritos Channel, creating a feeling of absolute privacy & space. Mature trees dot the property, w/ Orange, Fig, & Avocado to name only a few. There is also a greenhouse with vertically grown herbs and lettuce, a hot tub, 2 detached offices, a kids treehouse, and a newly built waterfall fountain and creek. Come enjoy our zen oasis!
