Film in a huge standalone house in the heart of Brooklyn. Our almost 6,000 sf home (not including the finished basement that was once a speakeasy) in the heart of Victorian Brooklyn was recently renovated top to bottom while keeping all the traditional charm. From parking to a chef's kitchen, this house is ready to transform into the perfect backdrop. A grand staircase welcomes you into the home with a huge two-story stained glass window. On the main floor, you'll find three fireplaces, a parlor, a living room, a square dining room, a sun porch, and an eat-in chef's kitchen. The second and third floors have a master with a sitting area and fireplace, four bathrooms and five other bedrooms. Some bedrooms are furnished, while others are waiting for your vision. In the basement, there's a refinished speakeasy that went in in the 1920s, a large original kitchen that has been converted into a dining room, and a home gym. Important: Outdoor space, extra rooms, and garage are available for social distancing with COVID. A backyard is available for tents. The garage is available for social distancing and there is tons of space in the house as well.
