About the Space
Located on a quiet industrial corner where residential homes and factories meet, the warehouse is just 5 minutes west of the heart of Chicago. Originally a steel forging factory, later turned into a fine carpet & rug restoration site. Large, original raw timber ceiling bow truss warehouse space with industrial windows and polished concrete floors. The space is open which lends itself to a host of different events. On the past we have hosted: photo shoots, music video production, music recordings, pop up dinners, baby showers, corporate holiday parties, family functions, casino nights, concerts, orchestra performances, etc.

Used this space for two interviews, it worked out perfectly! We taped on a Sunday so plenty of free street parking and it was pretty quiet. This was a quick booking and Sarah was very communicative and provided information on the space availability and specs asap. Street level entry was perfect for load in and load out. Would definitely use this lovely space again!
