About the Space

Located on a quiet industrial corner where residential homes and factories meet, the warehouse is just 5 minutes west of the heart of Chicago. Originally a steel forging factory, later turned into a fine carpet & rug restoration site. Large, original raw timber ceiling bow truss warehouse space with industrial windows and polished concrete floors. The space is open which lends itself to a host of different events. On the past we have hosted: photo shoots, music video production, music recordings, pop up dinners, baby showers, corporate holiday parties, family functions, casino nights, concerts, orchestra performances, etc.
