This open and airy space is a dance studio located in Roswell, GA. The space comes with a wall of mirrors and a roll-up door for easy loading/unloading. There is an entrance lobby with seating and a desk, but the bulk of the space is an open industrial dance studio. Total size is 4,100 sq ft and includes lobby, two studio spaces and two bathrooms. Studio is best suited for: - Dance/performance rehearsals (excluding Tap or Heels) - Yoga classes - Kid's birthday parties - Private or group lessons - Art Exhibits - Pop Up Shops - Workshops - Meet and Greets Studio is NOT suited for dance styles including: - Tap shoes - Heels **Please note: A Site Rep is required for all reservations (at our discretion). ***Please note: Event insurance is required, but not to worry we've made it easy for you.
