Large meeting room which accommodates 300 people. 300 chairs and 50 movable tables. The hospitality room contains a refrigerator/freezer, ice machine, microwave oven, and sink. Equipment: Special projection system Speakers, sound system Blu-ray player Lighting schemes Podium microphone and 8 wireless microphones Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, 2 – 9 p.m. If will you rent out this location during our opening hours the rental fee is only $125 If the library is closed during your renting hours, the rental fee is $295 Please contact us directly for more information
