About the Space

Beautiful entertainer's backyard with pool, grassy area, plenty of outdoor seating and large parking area. Four bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, fireplace and beautiful wood flooring. Production friendly neighborhood with frequent large scale filming. We have hosted several productions inside our home, backyard and front yard. Our home is very spacious and can easily accommodate craft services, equipment storage and dressing rooms. Wide streets with plenty of parking surround our home. The entrance to our home is off of Lassen Street on the corner of Oakdale. The entrance to our backyard faces an alley that leads to Oakdale which is ideal for production vehicles.
