Secluded 5,000 square foot dance studio tucked away between a residential area and an industrial park right off of I-35. You cannot see the building from the highway nor the main street. The studio has private parking that is in from and back of the building.

Very fast response as we needed the spot within a few hours notice since my client was not from TX. Dance studio has a large mirror, bathroom, and has a rustic garage feel that can not only be used for dance but also for creative setting. We used the corners and "rougher" as well as turning down the lights to provide a "rougher" feel. However, it can be nice and bright with a hardwood floor if that is what you want.
