About the Space

Across from Holmby Park off Beverly Glen the house sits on a large corner lot in the heart of Little Holmby directly across from Holmby Hills in Westwood. 2 minutes to sunset and 2 minutes to Wilshire and Santa Monica. The house is right next to UCLA and the city of Westwood in Los Angeles. The circular driveway leads to a house that was originally owned my Cary Grant in the 30s. We will entertain explosions on the property as the house will eventually be torn down in the next year or so. Its a house canvas that can be traditional, glamorous and made to look like a family home also. Lots of possibilities to stage in any way.
