Our 13-acre equestrian property is a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of NE Florida beaches. The whole property includes a 2000 sf. ranch-style house, two cottages, a party barn set up with a pool table and an indoor mini-golf, stables, a pool, a fire pit, a small pond, and acres of pastures. This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach. This listing is specifically for the rental of the ten-stall horse barn and the grassy land around it for production, filming, or photo shoots. Additional areas are available upon request.
