Up on a hill this large house has a private front yard and back yard with 360 views. There are two large bedrooms, a living room, den, dining room, kitchen, office, music studio, and two bathrooms. Open large spaces are great for filming, and the house is minimally decorated. Easy to transform into many various shoots. The house is up a set of outdoor stairs and there is a three car garage at the street. Above the garages is a tenants unit not available for filming inside. At the back is our second listing, a 1 bed 1 bath apartment that is used for a shooting space as well. Rent both and have a space to set up your crew!
