About the Space

Large, spacious, and filled with light! 1400 sq ft Brooklyn apartment in a pre-war building. Decorator-curated with an eclectic and colorful mix of furniture, decor, and art—both vintage and modern. Furniture pieces span different decor styles and eras: postmodern, mid-century modern, '70s, Asian and beyond. The bedroom has a zen-like, Wabi-Sabi vibe with mauve limewash walls covering every surface. Our dining area was recently featured in a New York Magazine piece about Noguchi lanterns. The space is ready to shoot and well-suited for both photo and video. Booking includes the following rooms: - Living-dining room - Large entry hallway with library-style bookshelf and oversize gallery wall - Primary bedroom - Primary bathroom Additional rooms are also available with an additional fee: one Postmodern-inspired guest bedroom and office with a Peloton, one office/sitting room with home gym equipment, and large kitchen with additional dining area. Please note this is our full-time residence, so we just ask that it's treated with respect. Someone will be home, but out of the way, during your booking. We have a small dog who can be relocated via add-on fee; the space will be clean and ready for your shoot, but some pet hair may be inevitable in case of any allergies.
