This listing is for the large conference room on the top floor of a historic office building in Flatiron. This bright, modern, and loft-like space is available for meetings, classes, professional events, and photo or video shoots. The room features a wall-mounted monitor with dedicated meeting hardware. There is an adjustable conference room table. The room can seat up to 16 people as a conference room, and can be reconfigured for use as a film or photo shoot studio, or event space. Two private elevators lead from the manned reception area and open directly into our penthouse floor. Windows on all four sides, as well as numerous skylights, provide an abundance of sunny natural light all day, with amazing views of rooftops, water towers, and the Empire State Building.
