Updated in a contemporary style that takes cues from its historical origins, this is a family house, complete with teen bedrooms, a lived-in family room, a classic parlor, and a first floor with stained glass windows, a working fireplace, a classic dining room with built-in butler pantry which features classic and original woodwork throughout. Other key features include a beautiful light-filled chef’s kitchen, which extends the full width of the house and boasts 10+ large windows (including transoms), a large kitchen island with 3 stools, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The house has 3 floors and a basement, which was recently stripped and cleaned so that the basement and laundry room are yours to transform according to your production’s needs. And finally, our stand-alone garage and driveway have been used in several shoots and are easily adapted as needed. The homeowners are flexible with film scheduling and typically move into the attic apartment during filming. There is easy street parking surrounding the home.
