About the Space
The Undercroft is a multi-configurable space in our beautiful Gothic Revival church with an arched Guastavino tile ceiling (think a miniature version of Grand Central's Oyster Bar). The Undercroft is accessible via stairs from the West End Avenue entrance of the church and adjoins an industrial kitchen and a pair of modern, renovated bathrooms. There are round and rectangular tables and a supply of folding chairs that can be arranged for a variety of meetings or other purposes. The main church sanctuary space – a beautiful, historic Anglocatholic worship space, with a striking altar and painted wooden statues, and which has featured on television shows- is also available for holding and for filming.
