This is a large open-concept space that can be used as a venue, art gallery, conference space, and more. It is located in the heart of Manhattan New York with a 10 minute walk from Bryant Park, Time Square, and Penn Station. The total rental space is 3,800 sq ft, perfect for art exhibitions, photo shoots, art events, art parties, and any other uses where you need a good vibe. The space is on 14th floor, with large glass windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine through, and great urban city views in New York. The interiors are clean white walls, wood floors and equipped with a professional art hanging system and lighting. We also provide tables and chairs for multiple uses. Additionally, it has a small kitchen, 2 offices, and bathroom. All those who love unbridled creativity and diversity are welcome. The space will be officially booked when deposit or full amount is received. Included in our pricing is an additional $500 security deposit fee to be returned to you once your booking has been successfully completed and after the event is over without damages. Additionally, there is a $200 cleaning service fee for after the space's use.
