Landmark Old Malibu Courthouse Complex. 3 beautiful classic Malibu buildings right on the Pacific Coast Highway. The original Malibu Courthouse which was established in 1933 and has a classic Malibu look. The original Courthouse Banquet Hall which has been transformed into a beautiful beachy feel restaurant with a great patio right on the PCH. The Healing Center which is a 2 story classic Malibu commercial property with a chic high end boutique and medical and holistic healing offices. The complex comes with over 550 ft. of Prime PCH Frontage and Classic Old Malibu Feel that can't be matched!
