This Mid-century modern home was built in 1955 and is very true to its original form. It's like a Palm Springs getaway, but right here in LA. Part of the 1954 Palmer Krisell 'Corbin Palms' development, which was the prototype for Palm Springs, the home sits on one level (no stairs), and is filled with natural light. Living and pool areas are available for location shoots, 1-2 bedrooms can be used for glam, styling as needed. Fully functional chef's kitchen and ample space for catering. The property is very private, and load-in is possible through the alley garage (no steps at all, double doors at entry points). This location is listed for commercial production. We do not host parties, or events with large groups, DJs, or alcohol.
