This production-friendly location offers easy equipment access from major roadways and plenty of free, on-site parking. The outdoor setting provides multiple scenic compositions for film and photography, including wide establishing shots and seated waterfront scenes. The layout allows for easy movement of equipment, crew staging, and flexible production setup in designated areas. This location is best suited as an outdoor production venue for visual production work, including film, photography, and digital content creation. This location is intended exclusively for film, photography, and professional production use. A standard location agreement is required for all bookings to ensure clear guidelines and a smooth production experience. A $1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings and will be held through Giggster to cover any damages, overtime, excessive cleaning, or rule violations, and will be fully refunded after the shoot if the property is returned in the same condition.
