This lovely air-conditioned cottage/Lakehouse sits on 23 acres that you can hike, dirtbike, ATV around! Has its own private beach and boasts half of the Bay on this Lake. The breathtaking Lake views begin right away as you pull up to the property and follow you throughout this 2 level cottage with bedrooms on both levels. A glorious breeze flows throughout this lakehouse as there are large windows surrounding it. The kitchen is modern and bright. You will find all the necessary appliances – 1 fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer. As you stand in the kitchen you will notice the huge picturesque cathedral ceilings with windows that look-up more than 25 feet. Outside you will find 52 types of trees including, tall birch and cedar trees, and large natural granite boulders – not to mention direct views of the lake on either side as you are surrounded by the Lake on all sides. The other direction from the front door leads you into the living room which has a cathedral ceiling and a lovely granite wood burning fireplace. Living-room offers a mounted 70-inch flat-screen TV, comfortable couch and chairs make this room very cozy and inviting. Next, you can’t help but notice the gorgeous dining room and sitting room area that has yet again Lake view in 3 different directions. You will find the windows complete with screens to let in the lovely fresh Lake air. The dining table seats everyone comfortably! If not, why not take everyone outside on the upper terrace/lanai to dine or look up at the stars at night! The kitchen also m has a cozy nook area for morning lounging during breakfast! The master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 3-piece ensuite bathroom is on this main level as well. A large window affords a Lake view from the bed that allows the natural light to flow in. A stairway from the living room leads up to the second level. These stairs are laminated as are the floors throughout the house. This continuity is welcoming and very tasteful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs – 1 with a double bed and one with a sofa pull-out. Once you are on the landing the open concept design allows you to look down on the living room and windows through the cathedral peak let in tons of natural light and a view that is straight-up the Lake. The newly renovated bathroom on this level is a 3-piece with a shower. There is also a full bathroom on the ground level. There is plenty of closet space and windows giving lovely views of either the trees or the lake from each of these bedrooms. Let’s head outside across the patio and get closer to the Lake that we have been waiting to see since we arrived! Outdoor furniture on this patio makes a great spot to sit and watch the natural flat rocks that leads onto either of two docks. You can jump off the dock here into the Lake where the depth at the end of the dock is about 5-6′ and 10-15’ approx just midway out. Additional patio furniture can be enjoyed here on the upper lanai/terrace while you admire the delightful view of the Lake. Also, along the waterfront is another dock where you could tie up a motor-boat if you chose to rent from the nearby marina or bring your own. There is 1 canoe, 3 paddle boats and 2 kayaks included for use in production rental price. Swimming is possible from this dock as well. Enjoy the sunset and start planning for sunrise in the morning. Amenities of this house: Shallow water for children and elderly access, area for badminton, sandy area for children play. You choose your season–either bask in the sun or snowshoe in the winter! Recommended catering can be arranged for your special events as an “add-on”.
