Built in the 1920's This boutique Mixed used building that includes Hair Salon, Nail Shop and Massage Therapy studio on the main Floor on Grand Avenue. All the apartments are located on the second floor. Few Blocks away from the famous Grand Lake Theater and the Oakland Rose Garden.
The spacious Flat is full of natural light thru out the apartment and surrounded by windows to help with Natural light and ventilation.

Our apartment is fully furnished and for the enjoyment of our guests.

You can use the kitchen utensils , Pots and pans etc. We have furnishing for 10 people . camera is installed outside in the deck and parking area not in the living space inside the apartment unit.
400 Per Hour Minimum 4 hours incudes the use of the fully furnished house.
Our on sight Manager is available to assist during and/or prior to check in.
