Large townhouse in a historic mid-century community. Home is on a small lake with tons of wild life. Beautiful deck/balcony on the water with stunning view. Tons of natural light thanks to huge large windows. Interior décor has elements of industrial with natural wood furniture and lots of green. Several guest parking at walking distance. Beautiful room in the basement that can be used as a set up for equipment or make-up/change room. The view offers a lot of green trees with a fountain in the background. House has very little clutter easy to move around and stage equipment. Great kitchen for cooking videos- great camera angle set up. I also have an additional guest master bedroom upstairs with beautiful decor that can also be used. I'm a TV news producer (13 years) and can also assist with production needs at additional cost if needed.
