This house is a mid-century single-story home with a traditional design. The exterior features a stone façade complemented by a dark, tile roof. The front of the house includes a two-car garage and a well-maintained landscape with a small tree and various plants along the pathway leading to the entrance. The interior of the home still retains from charm from when it was built in the late 60's with the main living area having parquet floors, a shag rug, wallpaper, a wood beam ceiling, Scandinavian furniture and a stone fireplace. There are sliding glass doors that open to the exterior. The backyard offers a serene outdoor space with a large patio area. The property boasts an impressive view, overlooking Lake Hollywood, as seen from the vantage point of the rear of the house. The surrounding area is lush with greenery, including a mix of trees, bushes and potted plants, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere.
