The interior of the home still retains from charm from when it was built in the late 60's with the main living area having parquet floors, a shag rug, wallpaper, a wood beam ceiling, Scandinavian furniture and a stone fireplace. There are sliding glass doors that open to the exterior. The backyard offers a serene outdoor space with a large patio area. The property boasts an impressive view, overlooking Lake Hollywood, as seen from the vantage point of the rear of the house. The surrounding area is lush with greenery, including a mix of trees, bushes and potted plants, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. It retains a unique character that needs to be seen in person! Minimum Daily Rate is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 45 or less @ a 10 hour day.
