About the Space

The Location: 1926 Craftsman/Beach Bungalow located in North Laguna. Two blocks from the Pacific Ocean It is conveniently located between the San Juaquin Hills 73 Toll Rd or Hwy 133 Laguna Canyon Rd. This property is available for photoshoots, small events, video production, and the like. The Property: The property is a 2 story, three-bedroom,3 bath home with ocean and Catalina views from the upstairs. It has a large relatively private front yard with a mature landscape and is perfect for small events or photoshoots. We have hosted many special occasion events over the years and in some cases even converted the carport in the front yard to an enclosed dining area and or dance floor. The first level has an open floor plan, encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living room. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with an ocean view as well as a guest room with ocean and Catalina Island views. The Surroundings: Laguna Beach is long known for its fine arts and unique landscape. This home has quick access to hiking and Mountain bike trails and is just a couple of minutes away from the picturesque El Morro state Park and Crystal Cove area. Parking is free in the neighborhood and in addition, there is a parking lot across the street to accommodate larger vehicles. The front yard consists of a large grass area, mature fruit and avocado trees, cactus, and bamboo. There is an outdoor dining table with benches that can easily accommodate 8 adults and an umbrella. Clients could easily provide more seating if necessary. In addition, there is a fire pit with seating and a BBQ area on the side house. All parts are available for booking.

    We had a great experience having a baby shower at this lovely home in their front yard. All of our guests loved the place. The landscape is beautiful, the weather was perfect, and there’s plenty of parking spaces across the street in a parking lot. Dori was very kind and communicative. Thank you Dori!

    Beautiful house just up from the ocean and a great location for production with parking options at the church right across the street. The owners are very nice and accommodating and the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Highly recommend and hope to shoot there again when the opportunity arises.
