LaFayette Square, established in 1913, is one of LA's most architectural significant neighborhoods and considered a crown jewel of the city's rich legacy. It's a gated, 4-street neighborhood in the West Adams community of Los Angeles right above the 10 freeway. LFS is a historic, affluent neighborhood known for grand early 20th-century homes, Craftsman & Spanish Revival styles, and an elite diverse past, becoming a hub for prominent African Americans after restrictive covenants ended, featuring famous residents like Joe Louis and Paul Williams, and now designated for it's architectural heritage. Homes in "The Square" were built for entertaining with formal living spaces, graceful sight lines, and expansive outdoor spaces. Our home's architecture provides a timeless backdrop that photographs beautifully and feels both historic and intimate. The streets are tree lined giving a feeling of elegance and seclusion. ***For ticketed events a surcharge of $250/hr will be applied***
