About the Space
My house is a 1964 ranch house in the Ladera Heights neighborhood which has many 60's style homes. It's a little dated but has an open layout and some great views. The kitchen is updated with a breakfast room and a garden window. Large family room and identical living room with painted brick fireplaces. Large backyard and deck with canyon, city, mountain and ocean views. Nice sunny dining room with a circular/bay windows. Hardwood floors throughout except kitchen and laundry room (those are tiled).
