Pricing: Pricing is based on the total number of cast and crew, as well as the areas you plan to use during production or events. Rates listed are for a single area only, and additional areas will need to be discussed and agreed upon. Let’s jump on a call ASAP to discuss your needs—we strive to be as budget-friendly as possible! This space doubles as a fully-functioning recording studio as well as an event venue. Built in 1940, the 4,000-square-foot facility is rooted in the Los Angeles music world, and its aesthetic reflects that. Warm tones populate the space, such as a claret-colored leather couch in one room, jade-colored wallpaper in another, and Persian rugs scattered on the floors. The facility includes a bright, welcoming communal space and kitchen. A fun and engaging backdrop for a variety of productions.
