About the Space
This authentic horse ranch, beautifully set in the expansive mountains of Topanga has 360 degree breathtaking ocean and mountain views. The house is full of authentic equestrian paraphernalia. The property has been in the owners hands for 30 years and is very well taken care of with luscious gardens and plant life. The horse stable is home to 4 dressage horses the owner uses to train children and offers an equine leadership program for mental health. On the driveway up to the house there is a little community of trailers set up for renters. At the top of the driveway is an infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the mountain view. There are two riding arenas as well.
