About the Space
Neighborhood black painted walls and ceiling. Dimmable lights & great sound system and TVs. Bar is open to public 7 days a week 5pm to 2am. Can be rented for private event during those hours depending on availabilities. Outside these hours the space is available during daytime for filming/video shooting/photo shooting... There are mens and women's rooms. We have black booth u-shaped seating and high stools. The place offers an outdoor patio and a storage as well as a parking where can fit up to 6-8 compacts. It has a 1600 sq ft apartment upstairs that can be used as green room / storage / filming / photo shoot at extra cost. This place is a perfect spot for filming / photo shoots / private events / art galleries We can also offer beverages service alcoholic and non alcoholic.
