About the Space
Pre-lit Cyclorama wall 16ft x 20ft studio equipped with 4 DigitalFoto S300A panels (Arri Skypanel comparable) with full RGB capabilities and multiple lighting modes — walk in and start shooting immediately. ON-SITE PRODUCTION MANAGER INCLUDED: The site rep fee covers your dedicated on-site production manager who handles studio setup, lighting adjustments, equipment assistance, and production support so you can focus on creating. Vanity room is 8ft x 10ft with vanity mirror, full body mirror, and rolling rack. 12ft green and black paper backdrops, 9ft studio blue and mocha backdrops available. Full catalog of professional lighting, camera, and audio equipment available as add-ons. Ground level studio with 8ft pull-out garage door — loading in and out is simple. 2 dedicated parking spots in front of unit with a large lot for additional vehicles directly in front of property. Outdoor lot (~5,000 sq ft) can also be used for filming. Full bathroom and shower available. WiFi on site. AC/heat in vanity room. IDEAL USE: Music Video Shoots, Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Interviews, Film Shoots, Dance Shoots, Content Creation, Podcast Recording SOUND: Many commercials, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof — occasional outside sounds may be heard briefly. POWER: Efficient power for any kind of production big or small. Message us for exact power details. ADDITIONAL RENTALS: Extensive list of production equipment including Aputure 1200d, 600d, Kino Flo, Astera tubes, camera, audio, and more — all available as add-ons. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Camera operators, lighting specialists, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, photography, digital retouching — we can provide crew to fill any position. RULES: - NO stands, equipment, seating, or people on the curve of the CYC wall at ANY time. Client responsible for CYC wall damage. - All NON TALENT must wear shoe covers on the CYC wall. No exceptions. - NO FIRE OR PYROTECH - NO FIREWORKS/POWDER BOMBS/SMOKE BOMBS - NO PARTIES - Guests must remove equipment by end of booking. - Client/Renter responsible for all equipment and facilities during stay. - Rental time ends when the last person walks out. Factor setup/breakdown into your booking hours. - Smoking permitted with smoking fee. - CYC wall may have small markings from previous bookings. If you require FRESH PAINT please add-on.

The space was as pictured, Enzo was very helpful. He was able to be flexible to help with last-minute scheduling changes, and communicative and responsive.

This space was excellent! On day of shooting the green screen and lighting was already setup for us. Our shooting time began almost instantaneous once we arrived. Space was clean and more importantly the bathrooms were clean and contained the necessary supplies. Everything was a positive. Only downside was the neighbor in the studio next to us fixing cars and playing loud music, but fortunately we were able to ask for them to turn it down while we were shooting. Property manager was easy and pleasant to deal with. I will be booking again and would recommend this space.
