About the Space

KK’s classic retreat is an updated warm, immaculate home that feels loved and welcoming to all that visit. The main floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All utilize warm, rich classic Benjamin Moore colors which makes the space original by today’s standards. The third or top floor consists solely of a master bedroom bathroom suite and the bottom floor or basement consists of a laundry room, full bath, bar, workout space, and tv area. Included is an original 80’s centipede game that has been refurbished to include about 30 original arcade games. Although the house appears small from the outside, it is deceiving due to the fact that the house is deep.
