Tucked away in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains and La Tuna Canyon, this rustic property serves as a quiet, rural urban escape just 15 miles outside of downtown Los Angeles. The 6-acre property features rolling hills, native California landscaping, hiking trails, and 100-year-old oak trees. The Main House is a 2,000-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom ranch-style home that can sleep up to 8 guests. It features a large kitchen, a formal dining room, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Outdoor Space Features an expansive private deck for alfresco dining, a children's play area, multiple patio seating arrangements, a BBQ gas grill, and dedicated perimeter parking. The estate is a popular venue for family reunions, birthday parties, and intimate weddings, with the capacity to host outdoor gatherings for up to 100 people. To maintain privacy, the owners only book one group event at a time. The home is available for weekend getaways, holiday gatherings, and tourists visiting nearby local attractions like Universal Studios.
