The Grand Califa - Jungalow Oasis Home w/ Large Private Pool & Casita! Newly remodeled during 2022/23' and now ready to accommodate all your production needs! ** INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL (Price Shown): Price reflects the entire 4,000 sq ft backyard space: Pool, Casita, bathroom/indoor shower, thatched roof (tiki) porch with tables & chairs, decks, lounge chairs, egg chair, entire yard, and outdoor jungle shower. There are multiple backdrops for shooting! Fully decorated and designed for filmmaking, photography/photoshoots, music videos, commercials, general & high-end production. Main house and other amenities can be rented at an additional cost. Please ask for a price quote for additional amenities. THE SHORT VERSION: We’ve been remodeling our backyard for the last year to accommodate creatives here on Peerspace. EVERYTHING is brand new and we’re excited to see what you do with our new place! We remodeled our entire backyard; Upgraded the pool, added a pool heater, built two decks, high-end artificial grass, terracotta tiles surrounding pool & yard, outdoor jungle shower, umbrellas, lounge chairs, egg chair, “ground lounge,” potted plants, thatched (tiki) roof, Spanish/jungalow casita, indoor/outdoor bar, surround sound speakers, outdoor up lighting, tree lanterns, ice bath, and even a commercial ice machine! Multiple new spaces have been created with backdrops for shooting in mind. OUTDOOR SPACE Welcome to our home set on a spacious corner lot in North Hollywood, Ca. Featuring an oasis like, ultra-private 4,000 sq ft backyard, large pool, above ground hot tub, Spanish/Jungalow style casita, lounges and outdoor jungle shower surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The backyard is lined with beautiful plants and flowers that bloom year round, artificial grass yard, terracotta tiles, and includes 3 giant palm trees. Easily accessible by two large turquoise doors from the street. At night, the entire property glows with uplit palm trees, color changing pool and landscape lights, and candle lit lanterns through the trees and yard. Connect to our speaker and provide a soundtrack to your shoot. It’s very quiet and extremely private, do as you please! Perfect for your next photo shoot, film, social media, commercial, tv, or whatever you can imagine. POOL / HOT TUB You can’t build them this big anymore! Take a dip in our giant pool and warm up in the above ground hot tub & ice bath with a newly built deck while enjoying the lush backyard. The bright blue and turquoise water pool lined with green artificial grass and terracotta tiles is the perfect backdrop for photo shoots, video backdrops, underwater photography and cinematography or just getting wet, use as you please! The pool can be heated for an additional cost. Pool Size: 40’ x 20’ Pool Depth: 3.5’ - 10’ Hot Tub Size: 7’x 7’ (7 people) INDOOR SPACE - Backhouse (Casita) The newly built Spanish Jungalow Casita was finished this April 2023! Built as an indoor/outdoor pool house with Spanish influence this open-to-the-environment small home can be used for various needs. It’s a perfect backdrop for your shoot, use it as a green room, hair and makeup, or video village. Easily move the furniture out and use the space as a full studio. Had my birthday here. The space is absolutely perfect for a summer birthday! Sarah was super helpful and communicative. We had everything we needed, the space is beautiful with lots of seating, heated pool, and fridge. Perfect place for a small party.
