Private and comfortable, the perfect facility for pre-viz, training actors, stunt training, circus training, and more. Gym dimensions: 24 feet x 36 feet. Ceiling height: 21 feet at the peak with exposed trusses suitable for rigging. Flooring: concrete w/ 2" foam pad covered by thin carpet. Lighting: natural and fluorescent. A/C and heat. Other amenities: balconies and platforms suitable for training stunt falls porta-pit, 8" landing mats, assorted tumbling pads mini-tramp 6 hanging points that can be lowered and raised gymnastic spotting rig wireless internet sound system TV, VCR and DVD players Three furnished studio apartments on the property may be available for overnight stays.
