Huge, loft-style 2 BR/4 BA penthouse home with 20' ceilings, Rainfall/Steam Showers, whirlpool tub, state of the art kitchen, PRIVATE rooftop deck with 200' views of the city, fire pit, 2 BBQs and outdoor shower (yup!). Note: some of the furnishings have been upgraded since these pictures were taken. This furnished Penthouse is a hard-to-find gem in L.A.! Entryway captures you right away with impressive 20' ceilings and a winding staircase and designer chandeliers, leading you right into the main living area (bedrooms are upstairs). Large living room with views and a balcony, 2 designer bathrooms downstairs, formal dining room, and kitchen island for less formal meals. This house has the feel of a modern hotel with the comfort and amenities of a home, including a private rooftop with views of the entire city, two (2) large bedrooms with California King beds each with their own en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Master also has 2 sinks and an additional jetted 2-person jacuzzi tub with LED lights (change colors to suit your mood :-)), and heated toilet seat. One of the downstairs bathrooms has a steam shower. Every room has a beautiful view of the city, including palm tree-lined streets that look unreal when the sun is setting. Rooms get plenty of light, and bedrooms have black out shades if you like to sleep in. House has built in sound throughout (controlled by your iPad/iPhone) chef's kitchen with wine cooler, quartz island, detailed lighting, designer chandeliers, 4 luxury bathrooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs), Private washer and dryer in-unit. Gated garage parking for 2 cars. Kitchen is fully stocked, and towels and bedding are provided for overnight stays. Walker's Paradise! Score of 93. Walk to high end shops and restaurants on Robertson , Beverly Center mall and Beverly Connection, Rodea Drive to your west, La Cienega's famous Restaurant Row, all the cute restaurants and bars on 3rd Street, Melrose Place, and incredibly central--drive pretty much anywhere from the beach to downtown in 20 minutes or so. IMPORTANT: The second bedroom has 4 large closets for clothing - more than you could need. The master closet is locked for safekeeping of personal items. (Inside of) bedroom closets not available to use for shoots. House rules: no smoking indoors no large parties, keep reasonable hours small dogs ok with fee (must be house trained and must be walked regularly to prevent accidents)
