This 1,620-square-foot open-plan industrial loft has been custom designed with Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetic. Exposed whitewashed brick walls and Baltic Birch flooring. Large mezzanine with a home office and library and designed a sculptural stairwell.
Total access to natural light at all times, from all angles. Blinds are available to act as a diffuser. Full sliding doors that face the kitchen and dining area can completely open if needed for filming. A very well-lit space at night as well to provide a different ambience.
Located on the ground floor with sliding glass doors and plenty of natural light. Equipped with a full, working modern kitchen and two bathrooms.
The space includes furniture from Charles and Ray Eames, CB2, Zara, and shelving displaying object from Japan. Custom platform bed with hidden futon made of Baltic Birch cabinets. Japanese lanterns hang from the tall ceilings. Guest bathroom includes a custom concrete sink and walnut shelf, vintage mirror, and limewashed walls. Dining area outfitted with travertine table, vintage Marcel Breuer chairs, and lanterns by Isamu Noguchi.
