Our custom-built Italian-style farmhouse home sits on 10 acres near the end of a private road (only 5 other homes on the road) with a view of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the east. The location offers peace and quiet and nature-filled surroundings. The house features large rooms with unique architectural features, high ceilings and lots of natural light. In addition to the house you may utilize the yard, pool, large 3-stall barn with tack room, gazebo with outdoor fireplace, 3-car garage and 10-acre property of rolling hills and spectacular views. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, separate mud room and laundry room; wide hallways. Large patio with seating. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces. We are happy to include a pre-production / location scouting / planning visit prior to the event at no additional charge. The house is two levels (3 steps up/down) and another level for the pool. The 10 acres is rolling hills with native oak trees and boulders. In summer the grass is golden brown. In spring it's covered with wildflowers. In winter the grass is green and the oak trees are bare.
