This is a truly stunning, upscale home located on Seminole Ave in Atlanta. Enjoy a genuine chef kitchen with double oven and Viking fridge. Offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Parking on premises. Monthly cleaning is $200 for multi-month stays Plus a move-out cleaning of $200. A one month-long stay simply has one $200 cleaning fee at the end of the stay. We do allow pets with a non-refundable pet fee ($100/pet) and refundable pet deposit ($200 per pet). Hourly rate shown is based on a still photo shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a minimum of 10 hours.
